What is a delayed transaction?

If we suspect a transaction might be fraudulent, we’ll put it on hold and let you know we’re looking into it. 

You’ll notice the payment appears as delayed on your Track payments page until we’ve resolved the issue.

Transactions are also sometimes delayed if the payout details on your account are invalid or incorrect. Check and update these in Payout settings.

Exception for annual listings

For some users, payments are managed by PayPal. Sign in to PayPal to view your transaction details.
