How can I fix issues with the Owner App?

To resolve most issues, we recommend using the most up-to-date version of the Owner App by TripAdvisor. If you’re still experiencing problems using the app on your device, try these steps to fix the issue:

Can’t log in

Forgot your password? (both iOS and Android)

  1. On the sign-in screen, select Forgot your password?

  2. Enter your email address and tap Continue

  3. Check your email account - you should receive a password reset email. Create a new password from the link in the email.

  4. Tap the back button to return to the login page. Enter your new password to sign in.

The app keeps resetting to the log-in page after checking your verification code? 

  1. Check the code received in your text messages
  2. Enter your email address and password, tap Sign in 
  3. Select Request a new code
  4. Enter in the original code you received



  1. Double press the Home button to view all open apps on your device

  2. Find the Owner app, and swipe up to close it

  3. Relaunch the app by tapping on the app icon


  1. Press the Multitask button on your device to view all open apps (could be bottom left or bottom right key, depending on the device)

  2. Find the Owner app and swipe right to close it

  3. Relaunch the app by tapping on the app icon
