  • What will happen to bookings due to check-in on or after November 1, 2024?
    • We have notified impacted travellers that we will be cancelling bookings, hosted by the Tripadvisor Vacation Rental Companies, that have a check-in date on or after 1 November 2024. Full refunds will be issued to travellers. 
  • How will I be informed if a booking is cancelled?
    • All owners with impacted bookings have been notified by email.  
  • Can I still accept new bookings through Tripadvisor up until October 31 2024?
    • Calendar availability has been restricted so customers can only make new bookings that have a check-out date on or before the 31st of October.   
  • Can I contact the traveller who booked my property?
    • The messaging tool within the owner centre will remain live so you can communicate with the traveller, and transfer any email or telephone numbers you may need. if you choose to communicate with the traveller using the messaging tool or any other means, please note: The Tripadvisor Vacation Rental Companies (such as, but not limited to, Holiday Lettings, FlipKey and Niumba)  and their affiliates will take no responsibility and assume no liability for any communications, payments, bookings, arrangements, agreements, or other interactions between you and the traveller nor any disputes, damages, consequences, or problems that arise as a result. Any booking that the traveller makes with you will be a direct arrangement between you and the traveller, which you make at your own risk. You will not receive any support from our group companies in managing such bookings.
  • What will happen to my property page? 
    • Booking features will be removed on 30 September 2024. However, your property detail page, inclusive of travellers reviews will remain live.
  • How long will I have access to my account?
    • You will be able to access the owner centre until 30 November 2024.
