How do I send attachments to guests?


You can attach a file when replying to a guest via your Inbox. The traveler will receive your message by email with a link to download the attachment.

You can attach most common files, such as doc, docx, ppt, jpg, gif, wmp and zip files.


There’s no file size limit, however we recommend sticking to no more than 2MB as some guests may have trouble downloading larger files.


Please note: you can only send a message with an attachment to the guest once the booking has been paid in full.
