How do I edit a quote?

As long as the traveler hasn’t made a payment, you can edit anything and everything in their quote.
 

Here’s how:

  • Go to your Inbox and open the quote

  • Click Edit Quote - you can then edit any of the quote details, including the dates, rate and payment terms

  • Make your changes and click Update

  • You can also edit the standard message to the guest. Just click in the text box to change or personalize it

  • ​Click Send Quote

The guest will then receive a brand new quote by email asking them to pay online to secure the booking. Don’t worry, if the guest tries to pay for the old quote it will be automatically updated with the new details.
