The COVID-19 situation is changing rapidly and that can make this a confusing time to travel and rent out accommodation. We're currently offering travellers and owners more flexibility in these unprecedented times, to see what applies to your guests and what options you have as an owner, please visit: About the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19) - for owners

How do I add or edit my location?

When creating your ad you’ll be asked to select the location of your property. It's important for the location to be accurate so you don’t mislead potential guests. If a guest reports your location as inaccurate we may withhold your payment for the booking.

You also need to provide your property’s full address so we can share it with guests once they’ve made a payment to confirm a booking (if you offer online booking). We’ll never display your address details on your ad.

How to edit your location

  • Go to Location

  • Click Edit address

  • Make your changes and click Save address
  • Update the location of your property on the map

Exception for owners with annual listings
If you have an annual listing you’re unable to edit your location once your ad has gone live. If there’s something wrong with your location or the address details are incomplete, please
 get in touch.

Why is my listing in a different location on TripAdvisor?

Some of our websites have slightly different location databases. Occasionally, locations such as districts and villages may not be listed on every TripAdvisor website. In this case, it may mean that your property shows under the town, rather than the village. The location will still be accurate.

Make sure guests can see your home’s precise location by pinning your place on the map. Go to Location to get started.
