How do I pay the renewal for my subscription?

Go to Billing where you can keep track of your annual listings and see when you are due for renewal.

If you are due for renewal, select Pay Now to add your credit card details.
If you have already added credit card details on this page, we will attempt to renew your subscription 7 days prior to the renewal date.
We’ll keep your credit card information securely on file so your subscription can renew automatically each year. Note: We’ll always email you before your renewal date, and you can opt out from auto-renewal at any time by setting the option to Subscription auto-renewal OFF in Billing.
Is your listing offline?
Go to My listings and find the grey Offline switch next to the listing you want to renew. Click or tap this so it turns green. You’ll then need to follow the instructions shown before paying.

Once you have paid to renew your listing, our Retention and renewals team will review your request and reactivate your listing.
