How do I manage my invoices?
When do I receive an invoice or receipt from you?
An invoice for each booking you take will be automatically sent to the email address registered with your TripAdvisor Vacation Rentals account as long as the booking is paid for through our payment platform. It can take up to a few hours to reach you.
If you don’t receive an invoice within a few hours of the booking confirmation, check your spam folder as your email provider may have marked it as spam. Otherwise, go to Track Payments where you can download a copy.
How do I change the details on an invoice?
Invoicing legislation restricts us from making changes to invoices. Our invoices are automatically generated from the details on your account at the time of payment. Unfortunately we’re not able to make any changes.
Before you start taking bookings, check to see if we have the correct invoicing details, such as your contact details and VAT information if applicable. Go to Contact settings > Address to take a look.
Please note: You'll receive your invoices in the same language as your dashboard.
Annual listings only
You will receive an invoice for your annual subscription as soon as you make the payment.
