What is the Welcome pack?

 

To ensure check-in is as easy as possible for your guests, enter essential details about your property in the Welcome Pack section found under the My Listings tab. We’ll then email your guests twice before their trip. Sensitive information, such as your access code or Wi-Fi password, will only be shared in the second email, sent two days before the guest’s arrival at your property.
 

Your Welcome Pack only has to be completed once for each property, and will only be visible to travelers who have paid in full.
 

In the Welcome Pack section you can provide the following information:

 

Directions

The property address and map location provided on your listing are already visible to travelers that have paid. However, this section allows you to enter more detailed information for guests to locate your property and where to park (if applicable).

 

Arriving at the property

Check-in: Here you can share how the guest can access your property, and where to obtain the keys/access code. You can also indicate who will meet them at the property or elsewhere.

Sensitive details like access codes are only made visible two days before check-in.

Check-out: Add check-out details here, such as check-out times and instructions on how to leave the property.

Wi-Fi: Provide the guest with the Wi-Fi code so they can start browsing right away.

 

If you don’t use online booking

Your Welcome Pack won’t be sent to guests who have booked with you directly. Switch on your online booking by adding Payout Settings to make use of this service.
