Why is my calendar not syncing/updating?
How soon after the import will my calendar update?
Calendar syncs are processed multiple times a day.
You can see when your Calendar was last synced in the top right corner of the calendar page. If you’ve made some updates, select Sync now to push the information through the next syncing cycle.
Important: We recommend always double checking your availability before accepting a booking, particularly if you are advertising on platforms working with instant booking.
Why can’t I import a calendar?
If there’s an error when you try to synchronize your TripAdvisor Rentals calendar with an external one, you’ll receive an error message indicating the reason.
Depending on the error message, follow our troubleshooting steps:
Ensure you’re using the correct URL that returns a file in iCal format. This is a special URL you can obtain from the provider you’d like to connect with. Select Import on the Calendar page to see our guides for further assistance
Contact your external provider to review the provided URL to ensure that this was generated correctly.
Ensure you’re using the correct URL for the correct property. Note: you are unable to use the same link twice.

Why can’t I export a calendar?
If you’re having problems exporting your TripAdvisor Rentals calendar with an external platform, we suggest contacting the other websites’ support to assist with website-specific troubleshooting steps.
Unable to unblock your calendar manually?
If you’re unable to mark blocked dates as available again, this may be because you have an active sync blocking the dates from a booking on another platform. Update your calendar on the host site (i.e. Airbnb, HomeAway or Google) and this will automatically update your TripAdvisor Rentals calendar.
