How do I change my bank or PayPal account details?

                
                   
                  
                       
                 
To change your bank or PayPal account details, go to
Payout settings and select ‘edit’ or ‘add’. After you’ve requested an update, you'll need to follow the security procedures to confirm you made the changes.

 
Please have your mobile device or landline telephone ready, as you’ll be asked to confirm your identity before proceeding.
 
 
Please note: If you have a payment scheduled within the next 7 days, you can’t make changes to your payout settings. In such cases, we recommend you wait until this has cleared before proceeding with any changes. Any payments which have been processed prior to the change will be processed to your previous payout method.


Verifying your payout details
 
To protect your account, we’ll send you a code you’ll need to enter to confirm your identity. You can choose this to be sent to you as a text message (you need to have SMS alerts set up to receive this) or a voice call.
 
Once verification is completed, you’ll be able to enter or amend your details following the steps below.

Choosing your payout method
 
If you’re using a PayPal account: You’ll be redirected to PayPal to log in to your account. Make sure that your PayPal account has been verified with PayPal and that you are using the correct type (i.e. personal or business account).
 
If you’re using a bank account: Remember to review your billing address on the Contact settings page to ensure that this matches your chosen bank account. Depending on your account location, you may be asked for international bank details (i.e. IBAN number). If you are unsure where to find this, please contact your bank.

 
 
Why do I only have one or no option available?
 
Our platform can facilitate payments to PayPal and bank accounts. However, you may only see one option, depending on your account settings (i.e. location and payout currency selection).
 
If you do not see an option to add a payout method in your account, this may be due to your location or required currency. Please see a list of available payout methods and currencies for each of our websites below:



Bank payouts are available for:
 
FlipKey: US dollars (USD) and US based accounts only
 
Niumba: Euro (EUR) only
 
Holiday Lettings: Australian Dollars (AUD), British Pound (GBP), Euro (EUR)
 
HouseTrip: Australian Dollars (AUD), British Pound (GBP), Euro (EUR)
 
 
PayPal payouts are available for:
