How do I create a listing with TripAdvisor?
Here's how to get your property listed on the TripAdvisor network of sites:
First, go to List your home to create an account
Make sure you’ve got your mobile phone to hand - you’ll need it to receive our text messages
Follow the simple steps to set up your account and create your listing
What information do I need to create a listing?
To create a listing you’ll need to complete these steps, entering the relevant information as you go:
Location: the city, neighbourhood and street address where the property is located
Property details: what type of property you’re listing along with number of bedrooms, maximum occupancy and other facilities or features the property has
Photos: a minimum of 4 photos
Payout settings: the bank/PayPal account where you’d like to send your money. Please note: We are unfortunately unable to facilitate payments to Online-Only Banks (also known as branchless bank or internet-only banks).
When will my listing go live?
Once you’ve created your listing and completed the steps, you’ll be asked to review the information. If you’re happy that everything is correct, then you can put your listing live on TripAdvisor.
It may take up to 24 hours for your listing to appear on the TripAdvisor Rentals network of sites (i.e. Holiday Lettings, FlipKey, Niumba etc.) and up to 48 hours to appear on TripAdvisor itself.
Can I list multiple properties?
Yes. You can list up to 5 properties. To add a property, go to My listings > Add new listing.

How do I put an old listing back online?
Go to My listings and find the grey Offline switch next to the listing you want to switch back on. Click this so it turns green. Your listing will go live immediately and appear online within 24 hours.
