When do I get paid?

With online bookings, we provide payment protection by taking all payments securely online and transferring the money to your chosen account after the guest has checked in.


How payments work

Money is transferred approximately 24 hours after the check-in stated on the booking confirmation. This only happens on working days.

If you’d chosen for the money to go to a:

 

  • Bank account, transfers normally take 3-5 working days

  • PayPal account, transfers normally happen the same day


Very occasionally, we may experience delays from banks or PayPal. If you haven’t received your money, please allow a further 24 hours before contacting us.


Keeping track of your payments

You can check the status of all your payments, for confirmed bookings, on the Track payments page in your account.
