Why is there a credit on my account?


From time to time, we offer promotional or account credits to our customers. If you have a credit due to you, you'll see the amount on your Track Payments page.
 

How can I use the credit?

We will automatically apply your credit to the processing fee on your next booking. Please note that the credit can only be used to cover your fee and cannot be sent to you in cash.

For example, say you have a $20 credit. On your next booking, your processing fee is $5. Instead of deducting $5 from your earnings we’ll deduct it from your $20 account credit.

Once your credit  is used up, we will start charging the processing fee from your earnings as usual.
