How do I report spam or inappropriate messages from a traveler?

If you receive a message that doesn’t look like a genuine inquiry, we encourage you to report it. Your feedback helps us to improve the site and keep users safe.  
 
Each message you receive in your
Inbox has a flag icon in the top right-hand corner. Click the icon to report a message if:

  • It’s spam or looks like a scam

  • It’s asking you to communicate or pay outside the site

  • It’s offensive or inappropriate

  • You think it seems suspicious for another reason

 
We’ll review the message right away and take appropriate action.
