Why can’t I edit a booking?

There are a few instances when no changes can be made to a confirmed booking. In these cases, you should discuss the change directly with your guest.  

You’ll be unable to edit a booking if:

  • You’ve already edited the booking once before – our platform allows for only one change per booking.

  • The booking includes an occupancy tax, or there is an occupancy tax set up in your account.

  • The stay has already started.

  • You haven’t accepted the latest Terms and Conditions. Simply log in to your account and you’ll be presented with the Terms of use update.
