What happens if a guest claims on Payment Protection?

If access to the property is prevented or denied upon check-in, the guest must contact us on the first day of their holiday, as stated on their booking confirmation. We will investigate and if needed, send the guest a Payment Protection claim form.

If the claim is successful, we’ll refund the guest’s payment to the PayPal account or card they used when making the booking.

Payment Protection applies to homes listed on TripAdvisor Vacation Rental sites displaying the Payment Protection logo.
