What does ‘response time’ mean?
Your response time is a score which takes into account how long you took to respond to your last 20 booking requests or enquiries. You’ll see your average response time when viewing an enquiry in your TripAdvisor Inbox.
It’s important to keep this figure low because owners who respond within six hours are twice as likely to secure a booking.
