How do I report spam or inappropriate messages from a traveler?

If you receive a message that doesn’t look like a genuine inquiry, we encourage you to report it. Your feedback helps us to improve the site and keep users safe.  
 
Please report a message if:

• It’s spam or looks like a scam

• It’s asking you to communicate or pay outside the site

• It’s offensive or inappropriate

• You think it seems suspicious for another reason

You can use our contact form to inform us of the message and include the guest's name and the link to the conversation. We’ll review it right away and take appropriate action.
